## What it is

AIMECH.APP ("AI Mechanic") is a car-diagnostics web app for everyday
vehicle owners — not mechanics. Describe the noise, the light, the symptom;
it tells you what it likely is, what it costs, and whether it's safe to drive. You describe what's wrong with your
car in plain language (a noise, a warning light, a leak, a smell), upload a
photo of the problem, record the noise it makes (up to 30 seconds, with a
free account), or paste an OBD-II trouble code, and the app returns:

- Ranked likely causes with the evidence behind each
- Urgency guidance (safe to drive vs. see a mechanic now)
- DIY-vs-shop repair cost comparison
- Repair steps, difficulty, and safety warnings
- Free extras: NHTSA VIN specifications, model recall checks, maintenance
  tracking, digital garage

## Pricing

- Free: 200 AI tokens/month (~40 text questions or ~13 photo or sound analyses), no card required
- DIY plan: $4.99/month or $47.88/year (subscription), 1,200 AI tokens/month
- Mechanic plan: $14.99/month or $143.88/year (subscription), 4,000 AI tokens/month
- Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial: a card is required, and you are
  not charged until day 7
- The prices above are web prices. In the iOS app, the same plans are sold
  through Apple at $49.99/year (DIY) and $149.99/year (Mechanic), and App
  Store purchases do not include a free trial
